What’s more American than A Fifty Nifty Quilt in a field of Texas Bluebonnets?

The Fifty Nifty Quilt pattern is a super fun one. The quilt is made up of two different blocks, a Roman Stripe block and a LeMoyne Star block. The striped blocks are fast and fun to whip up, and the stars are straightforward and uncomplicated. They’re constructed without Y-seams, so they go together easily as well.

The pattern includes simple cutting instructions for the diamond shape used in the star block, as well as a paper template. We also have an acrylic template available for purchase along with the pattern, if that seems easier to you.

The pattern includes instructions for a table runner, wall hanging (pictured below), baby/lap quilt, throw quilt (pictured above), and queen-sized quilt. This is a great summer picnic or fireworks quilt, and it would make a perfect Quilt of Valor to honor a Veteran.
