Winter 2026 Fabric Look Books

One of the fun things I get to do as a quilt pattern designer is work with fabric companies to create my patterns using upcoming fabric lines. Fabric manufacturers send me digital ‘swatches’ of their upcoming collections 3-4 times a year, and if I think a collection is a good fit for one of my patterns, I create a mock-up of that quilt and submit it to the fabric company. If my design is chosen, it will appear in the look book promoting that fabric line. This is a win-win scenario, because the fabric company gets to show off their line in different projects, and shops can order the patterns along with the fabric.

Winter 2026 was the first time I submitted designs to fabric companies and I had several patterns that appeared in look books, which was pretty exciting to me, as a first-timer.
